FAQ

Things we get asked a lot.

Do I have to bring it in, or can you come to me?

Both. Walk-ins are welcome any time during business hours, and we pick up from anywhere in Utah County. Business clients on a service plan get free scheduled pickups.

What if you can't fix it?

Diagnostics are free. If we can't repair the device — or if the repair doesn't make economic sense — you owe nothing, and we'll help you find a replacement at fair pricing.

Do you use genuine parts?

Whenever they're available and reasonably priced, yes. For older devices or where OEM parts have ridiculous markups, we use vetted aftermarket parts and tell you exactly what's going in.

How long does a typical repair take?

Most laptop and phone repairs ship out within 48 hours of approval. Board-level work and data recovery can take three to seven business days. We tell you upfront, every time.

Will my data be safe?

Yes. We back up everything we can before we open the device, and we sign an NDA with every business client. Drives stay on-premise for the entire repair.

Do you service warranties?

We're an Apple Independent Repair Provider and an authorized service center for several PC brands. We can also work alongside your existing warranty without voiding it.
